Why do we fail?

As per my observation there is no competitive exam that is not for you the most important thing that you need is a object oriented perfect strategy. Although 'perfect' is hypothetical here may vary on the basis of fruitful results.
I think the biggest cause of failure is the strategy failure. There may be following reasons for failure of strategy that I have summed up . If you find more then add them (Most welcome :) )
1. Lack of resources- Every exam has certain predefined syllabus, you have to find it and read only those topic which are specified in syllabus . Sort out them from books . It is not always necessary to read whole book (haan agr ek book me sab kuch h to fir kya dikkat hai ). This you may either called as object oriented study . Some people fail because of this reason (chaate ja rhe hain ek hi kitab).
2. Time management- This reason is for those who know that what to read but don't know how to read ? so they fail to complete the syllabus in predefined time. Most of lazy people have this kind of problem even I suffered with it and it is the biggest reason of my failure in GATE examination last year.
3. Stress Management and Other distractions - Biologically it is very important to manage stress because it causes mental illness which further becomes depression so you have to create high value of positive thoughts over the negatives. So I prefer to give award my self after completion of certain amount of work(study; I am student now this is my only legal work haha ) which is related to my hobbies you may try this it helps a lot to stay positive. Other distractions are like - Friend circle, Alochal consumption/Smoking (believe me this hampers your performance highly shauk koi badi cheez nahi hai dear sir/ma'am) , Relationship issue (Single tries to mingle and  mingle hone ke bad fursat hi ni milegi ki padhoge babu janu shona wale sudhar jao ) and in the exam drink water & use the loo (One of my friend pee in his pants in the exam hall when he saw the paper ;) ) and the most important thing is self confidence never loose it.
Hope this helps to those who always listen to this dialogue-"beta, tmse na ho paega"
